Bringing his proven track record to Dax Capital, Bruce has been the sole Market Strategist and Trader for hedge funds which have consistently outperformed the market by wide margins over the past four years.
While Bruce may be a professional trader of the markets, he is primarily a Risk Manager in everything he does. He leverages his knowledge of the financial markets to maximize profitability while minimizing exposure to negative market conditions.
His investment style focuses on the correlation between the sustainable growth of the company and present and future valuation. Bruce has gathered this experience first-hand by being in the trenches – not from sitting behind a desk. Bruce’s expertise spans from coaching some of the world’s largest enterprises to launching several successful start-ups, helping them achieve exponential growth, to eventually being acquired by publicly traded companies.He knows firsthand how to take a product/service to market, gain traction, and successfully grow the business. Michael Sarwari – Managing Director
Michael is a seasoned investor, author, speaker, and entrepreneur from Silicon Valley. Michael built one of the largest real estate companies in the country with over $1/2 billion in revenues in a single year. Michael has a strong information technology and healthcare background which he has been able to leverage to conduct due diligence and make lucrative business recommendations.
He has built large scale technology solutions for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Michael’s background includes management experience with such companies as Sutter Health, Delta Dental, Wells Fargo, West Marine and many others. Michael has extensive start-up and turnaround experience. He understands entrepreneurs and their business concerns and provides a bridge between entrepreneurs and Investment banking firms.
Michael has a strong connection to Silicon Valley business startups going public. Michael has successfully spearheaded many large capital raises from private investors, shareholders and VC firms for technology companies as well as real estate transactions and is personally involved as an angel investor in multiple Silicon Valley startups. A reknowned investing expert, Michael has shared the stage at arena-sized business conferences with such notables as Tony Robbins, Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Les Brown and many others.
He has an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS from the University of Nevada, Reno. Michael studies included a focus on Big Data Analytics.

A Former NBA player for the Boston Celtics and L.A. Clippers, for whom he was also an Emmy-Award-winning color commentator for 19 years, Mike has been an integral part of many money-raises as well as managing investor relations for multiple companies.
Mike’s background includes serving as Vice President of Acquisitions of a Southern California-based large real estate acquisition and management company for many years. He is a seasoned business executive, relationship manager, investor and “obsessive athlete”. Mike was student body president and was All-American football, basketball, volleyball and California State Athlete of the Year. He graduated Cum Laude from Brigham Young University (“BYU”) with a Broadcast and Spanish Major and was a 3 time Academic All-American – 2 time Basketball All American, led the nation in free throw shooting and was a 1988 US Olympic volleyball invitee.
Following college, in 1989, Mike was a first round draft choice, 13th overall pick of the Boston Celtics, and played 4 years in the NBA and 4 years in Europe as well as playing for Magic Johnson’s All-Star touring Team. Following his professional athletic career, Mike was a Sports Broadcaster for Fox Sports Prime Time for 19 years, covering the Los Angeles Clippers Basketball telecasts and events both as a play-by-play man and color commentator.
Mike has been married for 27 years with 10 children and is active in every aspect of his community. Mike is an active community leader and has been leading successful investments ventures since leaving broadcast.
